HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Generally it takes a few days to process your order. If we have in stock all the items you have purchased, your order will leave our office the same day. All orders are sent from Belgium by FedEx or Taxipost. Please allow 4-12 business days delivery (it depends on the customs and delivery services in the destination country).

Although we will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver your order promptly, we cannot accept any liability for delays outside of our control (e.g. incorrect or incomplete delivery details, courier or postal delays, clearance delays, delays during Christmas and New Year, etc.). In the event of any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

If the customer does not want to accept the order, he has 7 days to return the order to BelgianShop. In this case, the return shipping charges will be charged to the customer. .

All our prices are in US Dollars ( $2,80 = 2 US dollars and 80 cents )

HOW ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED? 

The shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order, and the final destination. The final price per bottle decreases if the quantity increases. This is why we suggest "to play" with the quantity to get the best price per article. .
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES THAT AREN'T INCLUDED ON MY INVOICE?

No, the amount indicated in your invoice is the final price. No more taxes or costs will be added.Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are paid by BelgianShop and included in your checkout price. You will not be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Should customs refuse your entry we cannot be held responsible, neither can we be held responsible for any additional charges incurred. .

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME ARTICLES ARE BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT? 

We always try to give you the best service. Therefore, if an article arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge with your next order and add also a surprise. Or, if you prefer, we'll refund the amount of the damaged article. But, for that, you have to send us as soon as possible some pictures of the damaged order, or a document from the postal services or Fedex confirming the delivery of the damaged parcel. Without that, we cannot re-send the damaged articles or refund the amount of these articles. It may be that the pictures of the site are still not updated, and the labels, packaging ... do not correspond exactly to the items purchased. We can not updated all our products. If in doubt, please contact us before placing an order.

WHAT IS THE FUEL SURCHARGE?

This surcharge, based on the spot price per gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel, applies to FedEx Express transportation charges published in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, except to the transportation charges for the following services: FedEx International Express Freight (IXF) and FedEx International Airport-Airport (ATA). NEW: for FedEx Express IXF & ATA Fuel Surcharge Table . FedEx has adopted a new fuel surcharge calculation method for FedEx Express services based on the fuel prices published monthly by the U.S. Department of Energy. This has been in effect for FedEx Express in all countries in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa since September 2, 2002 for all FedEx Express services excluding IXF & ATA and will be in effect for IXF & ATA as of March 3, 2003. This method more closely links the fuel surcharge to prevailing market prices for jet fuel, and should help FedEx and its customers respond more quickly to changes in fuel prices in the marketplace.
