The cuberdon is a Friandise (or Bonbon) Belgian, also called hat of priest in the west of the Wallonia and neuseke (small nose) in Dutch. It presents in conical , of color red-rosy or purplished form , for a size of approximately 2,5 cm. Outside is hard, while at the interior a gelatinous liquid with the very sweetened taste is. It is made of a Pâte of fruits sweetened worked with the Gum arabic and aromatized with the fruit extracts, outside being hard while the interior preserves a certain viscosity.
